For digital product items we have a 7-day refund policy. We guarantee you’ll enjoy your purchase, but if you are less than satisfied, just let us know and we’ll work with you to make it right, even if that means a full refund within the first week (7 days) of your purchase.

For any Services, such as participation in a membership or group program, website hosting, web development or design, consulting, retreat, or mentorship program: Patricia Ryan Lee stands behind her work and her participation as a professional aiding in your success. If you find evidence that The Fiery Well, LLC has not performed its work in a professional and ethical manner, you may request a refund of any payments made in the 30 days prior to your submission of evidence.
