Unlike most online business groups & programs, we have a 14-day refund policy. We guarantee you’ll enjoy your time with us, but if you are less than satisfied, just let us know and we’ll work with you to make it right, even if that means a full refund within the first two weeks (14 days) of your joining the membership.

For any Services, such as participation in a non-membership group program, website hosting, web development or design, consulting, retreat, or mentorship program

If you find evidence that The Fiery Well, LLC has not performed its work in a professional and ethical manner, you may request a refund of any payments made in the 30 days prior to your submission of evidence.
